Tina Exarhos is the Chief Content Officer for NowThis, the leading socially distributed news brand, responsible for program development and production and content partnerships. Since joining NowThis in 2016, Tina has been at the helm of the brand's evolution to becoming the top news source for millennials -- overseeing the expansion into original series, deeper investigative reports, new verticals and brand partnerships. Prior to joining NowThis, Exarhos was the CMO of MTV, overseeing all marketing and creative development for the network. During her nearly 30 years at the company, she was at the forefront of the brand’s constant creative reinvention – and responsible for its short-form interstitial content, visual packaging, digital and social marketing, and consumer and trade advertising

Cayla Einstein
Cayla Einstein, is a recently graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a Masters in Cinema, where she wrote a plethora of scripts, comics, just a couple chapters of a novel and directed several short films.
She is also an illustrator, to go along with the aforementioned comic scripts, and serves as an art director for many of StoryGiants projects. Cayla talked about development, what it takes to get a position in the current job market, how to network, social media, and more!
