Civil Service Pathways Fellowship
The Department of Citywide Administrative Services' Civil Service Pathways Fellowship (CSPF) is a two-year program for City University of New York (CUNY) graduates designed to create a pipeline from college to a career in civil service. The fellowship is full-time and offers a competitive salary and benefits.
Participants are placed in high-demand positions across the city in one of six professional/career tracks:
Policy and Program Analysis
Procurement and Finance
Information Technology and Data Analysis
Creative Services and Digital Media
Project Management
Architecture and Engineering
Fellows will receive specialized training which qualifies them to take a civil service exam after completing the first year of the program.

To be eligible for this fellowship, you must:
Have a bachelor’s degree from The City University of New York (CUNY).
Be able to demonstrate eligibility to work in the United States.
Live within the five boroughs of New York City.
