German 250W Now Offered!: Germany through Film 🇩🇪🎥
Media Studies expressing interest in German film, we will be offering an "online synchronous" Writing-Intensive course on the subject.
German 250W: Germany through Film. 3 hr., 3 cr.
Section 1 Code: 33315 TuTh 3:10-4:25 PM Online Synchronous Spreizer
Prereq: English 110.
The course will look at various iconic German films of the 20th and 21st century that deal with major historical, cultural, aesthetic, and political developments in Germany since the early 1900s. Lectures will be in English; films will be in the original language with subtitles. Students must view the films in their entirety before class and participate actively in synchronous and asynchronous activities. This is a Writing-Intensive course.
