NYC Housing Internship opportunity in public service and communications!
The NYC Housing Preservation and Development (HPD), the largest municipal housing agency in the country. Their communications team is looking for summer and fall interns and they’d love for Queens College students in your department to apply!
This is an excellent opportunity for anyone interested in public service and communications – especially those who want to help the City fight the affordable housing crisis.
This is a HANDS-ON Internship where interns are fully integrated with our team. Interns will learn a lot about affordable housing and all aspects of comms including social media, press, events, and more!
The internship is open to current students receiving school credit for their participation. Strong interpersonal, communications, and writing skills as well as an interest in New York government and press are a must. Internship hours and schedules are flexible.
HPD’s mission is to promote quality and affordability in the city's housing, and diversity and strength in the city’s neighborhoods.
